A series of bombs exploded at a controversial hydropower project site being jointly built by a Chinese company in northern Myanmar on Saturday, just two days after bombs killed eight in the former capital of Yangon.

‘Terrorism and terrorists acts ’ are internationally not accepted. It is considers as violent, against peaceful democracy. But it is again describes as a human rights in some some cases by some.

According to the news, the said incident happened at the hydropower plant project near where the Maykha-Malikha rivers join, the official from the Kachin state capital of Myitkyina, about 920 miles north of Yangon,
This official remain anonymous, who is not supposed to talk to the media . The news does not say whether this official is a Government official, or factory official, or official from CPI or from AWC.

According to the news, this hydropower project is located about 22 miles north of Myitkyina and about 50 miles from the Chinese border, it is estimated the project will generate 3,600 megawatts when completed, and most of the electricity will be exported to China.
‘most of the electricity will be exported to China’, means the rest of the electricity will be used domestically. in Kachn State, and nearby states and in the nation as a whole.

In the Kachin State, the estimated population is about 2 million, the area is about 34379 square miles. According to official statistics, the inhabitants consists of 37.8 % Kachins, 29.1 % Bamars, 24.5 % Shans, 0.8 % Chins , 0.2 % Kayins and 7.6 % others.in that state
This is one of the developments for the Kachin State m beneficial by the all people in the Kachin State. At the work site, most workers are the people of the Kachin State.

Electricity, with whatever it is produces, is one of the energies in modern time, to modernise the people and the nation. It ism urgently needed in Union of Myanmar.

People around Union of Myanmar are moaning and groaning and complaining about shortage or electricity , which they have a right to do so, and they are right to do so in their peaceful ways.; April 22, 2010 at 1:36 PM

To export most of the electricity to China is to earn foreign currency, to cover the cost and expenses of producing this electricity. So that government electricity board will be ab le to supply cheap to the local population. This earning will be used to further the progress, developments and modernising of the Kachin State and people residing there and the country as a whole where the majority of the people are, for the benefits of that majority
To destroy this plant , attack on this plant and alike are the attacks on the people itself. It cannot be justify this act as ‘human right’. This attack is denying the human rights of other human beings, at least in the Kachin State. This terrorist attack justifies nothing.
According to the New Constitution 2008, Kachin State is to become a self administered state, almost an autonomous state with its own Hluttaw ( state parliament ).
Gain or loss has to be calculated . If the terrorists think and believe that the whole population of Kachin State will rise up and support their actions, they are wrong. Do they think the whole nation
will rise up and support them they will be more wrong?
If there are winners and losers because of this terrorists attack, the people of the Kachin State , the people of the whole nations, some people of China are the losers.
Terrorist has nothing to show as their prize or as a trophy for their stupid actions .
By referring to NLD and Mrs Aris, mentioning them in the news like this, can only make people think and proven that NLD led by Mrs Aris are nothing different from terrorists , they are the over ground leaders of terrorists groups.
Last but not the least, this news is said to be reported by Aung Hla Tun from Reuters, but the writer of this piece is said to be by Nick Macfie in Bangkok. Which could mean this is a manufactured news.

Aung Tun Hla probably a Yakhine name, may be nothing more than an informer to Nick Macfie paid for by Reuters. If they do exits.
