လက္ရွိ ၿမန္မာ႔ ပညာေရးအဆင္႔အတန္းသည္ ကုန္းေကာက္စရာ မရေလာက္ေအာင္ က်ဆင္းေနသည္ကုိ ၿမန္မာ႔တုိင္း သတိထားမိမည္ ထင္သည္။ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၏ အေၿခခံပညာရပ္မ်ား၊ဘာသာရပ္မ်ား ႏွင္႔ အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေက်ာင္းမႈ ပညာရပ္မ်ား မွာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ ႏွင္႔ ၿပည္တြင္း လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မ်ားတြင္ အသုံးခ်ႏုိင္လုိက္ေအာင္၊ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား ခန္႔ထားခ်င္ေလာက္္ေအာင္ ဆြဲေဆာင္ႏုိင္စြမ္း တစစ ကင္းမဲ႔လာေနေပၿပီ။ ထုိအခ်က္ကုိ ပုိ၍ေလးေအာင္ ဆင္႔ေနေသာ အၿခားတစ္ခ်က္မွာ ေၾကာက္ရြ႕ံစိတ္ကုိ ရုိးတြင္းခ်ဥ္ဆီထဲထိ ထည္႔ေပးခံထားရေသာ ၿမန္မာတုိ႔သည္ လြတ္လပ္ေသာေဒသမ်ားမွာပင္ မေၿပာ၀ံ႔ မဆုိ၀ံ႔၍ ပညာမဲ႔ သည္ဟု အထင္လႊဲခံေနၾကရၿပန္သည္။ ထုိသုိ႔ေသာ ဒုကၡမ်ိဴးကုိ ၿပည္ပေရာက္ ၿမန္မာအမ်ားစု ခံစားဖူးမည္ ထင္သည္။

ဤေဆာင္းပါး၏ အဓိက ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွာ မည္သူ႔ကုိမွ် ပုဂၢဳိလ္ေရး တုိက္ခုိက္လုိ၍ မဟုတ္ေပ။ သုိ႔ရာတြင္ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရွိ ပညာေရးႏွင္႔ ဆုိင္ေသာ ၀န္ၾကီးဌာနမ်ား၊ပါေမာကၡမ်ား၊တတ္သိပညာရွင္မ်ားမွာ ပ်က္စီးေနေသာ ပညာေရးစနစ္ကုိ လက္ပုိက္ၾကည္႔ေနရုံမွ တပါး ဘာမွ မတတ္ႏုိင္ေလာက္ေအာင္ ၿဖစ္ပ်က္ေနေသာ ေခတ္ၾကီးကုိ ေအာက္ပါ သာဓကၿဖင္႔ မီးေမာင္း ထုိးေပးသင္႔သည္ ထင္ေသာေၾကာင္႔ ဤေဆာင္းပါးကုိ ေရးသားရၿခင္းၿဖစ္ေပသည္။
ေအာက္ပါ စာစီစာကုံးမွာ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၏ ပညာေရးႏွင္႔ သက္ဆုိင္ေသာ၊ ၿမန္မာ႔အင္ဂ်င္နီယာမ်ားကုိ ေမြးထုတ္ေပးေနသည္ဟု ဆုိေသာ ၀န္ၾကီးဌာနတစ္ခုၿဖစ္သည္႔ သိပၸံႏွင္႔နည္းပညာ ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန၏ အင္တာနက္ ပင္မ စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ေရးသားထားေသာ စာစီစာကုံးၿဖစ္သည္။ စာစီစာကုံးတြင္ သတင္းနည္းပညာေခတ္တြင္ အဂၤလိပ္စာ အေရးပါလွပုံ၊ကြၽမ္းက်င္တတ္ေၿမာက္ဖုိ႔လုိပုံတုိ႔ ကုိ ပုံေဖာ္ ေရးသားထားပါေသာ္လည္း အဂၤလိပ္စာဆုိင္ရာ အေၿခခံ သဒၵါအမွားမ်ား၊စကားအသုုံးအႏႈန္းအမွားမ်ား၊ စကားလုံးေပါင္းအမွားမ်ားမွာ လက္ခံႏုိင္စရာ မရွိေလာက္ေအာင္ ဆုိးရြားလွေပသည္။ ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန၏ အေရးပါလွေသာ အင္တာနက္ ပင္မစာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ယခုကဲ႔သုိ႔ေသာ အမွားမ်ားကုိ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ ပညာရွင္မ်ား၊ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအေၾကာင္း စိတ္၀င္ တစား ေလ႔လာေနသူမ်ား သာ ေတြ႔ရွိခဲ႕ပါလွ်င္………..။

The world has changed by IT and it become a villey in a way that information transfer in a second around the world. The news and events that happened around the world can be obtained through Internet or wireless technology. English become a global or universial language for communication. If we want to learn the world we need to learn english. With IT, we can open ourselves to the world and the only way we can connect to the world is to the unviersal language. If you are a business man you would have to learn english to expand your business to oversea. If you are a students you would have to learn english for your own bright future or, at least, pass the exam. If you are an employee you would have to learn english for the benefit of your career. Even if you are just a street walker you still want to learn english to understand what's going on in the world. No matter who you are, Learn English is very important. We can't avoid it and should not avoid it before we are getting too far behind.
Developing specialistis and professional in Science and Technology, learning english is an important matter. With the guidance of the minister, U Thaung, we are offering four skill english courses for all MOST staffs. In the sector of human resource development under MOST, there are many universities and colledges. To promote the english proficiency skill of all education staffs, we hold english language proficiency skill exam monthly or yearly. Some Examples of Basic English Language Mistakes Found in the above Essay

1. Subject/Verb Agreement (Number agreement) (e.g it become, a students)
2. Unnecessary spelling errors ( that can easily be corrected using corrector software) (e.g. colledges)
3. Redundancy (e.g. proficiency skill)
4. Direct translation of phrases into English (english language proficiency skill exam)

With the advancement of information technology, the world has been changing rapidly. Pieces of information can be transferred in a part of a second. As a result, globalization becomes real and the world becomes flatter.
